This past spring I photographed a few dancers from Nan’s School of Dance. Each year we photograph them for their recital portraits. However, this year I wanted to offer something a little extra. We decided to move outdoors and photograph the dancers in a city landscape. I loved the combination of the elegant dancers and unique settings. The dancers were able to play off of their surroundings and create images that were visually intriguing. I’m so happy with the final results! The sessions were such a hit with the dancers that we are scheduled to take more photographs this fall! I can hardly wait!
